Here are some conditions when applying for a Spanish mortgage;
- Finance is possible to maximum of 70% of the valued property for non residents.
- Only Legal properties can be mortgaged.
- Payment of only interest is possible from 1 till 5 years.
- The interest rate is based on the Euribor
- It is possible to have a mortgage with a maximum term of 40 years
- Interest only mortgages are also possible.
